WHITE·RED / PROJECTS

Projects built around real social needs.

White‑Red develops programmes at the intersection of human rights, education, civic participation, safety, mediation and international cooperation. We present only initiatives that have a defined purpose, target group and substantive scope.

CURRENT & DEVELOPING INITIATIVES

Programmes with a defined mission and transparent status

We distinguish ongoing work, programme lines and future concepts. A “planned” project is not presented as funded or implemented until financing and delivery arrangements are confirmed.

PROJECT DESIGN

From idea to grant-ready programme

01

Need & target group

We begin with a concrete social problem, beneficiaries and measurable change — not with a funding source.

02

Call alignment

Only then do we match the concept to eligibility rules, programme priorities, partnership requirements and eligible costs.

03

Delivery model

We define activities, roles, milestones, safeguarding, communication and operational responsibility.

04

Evidence & reporting

Indicators, documentation and evaluation are designed at the beginning so the project can be implemented and reported credibly.
